Two pet max per apartment.
A "Pet Addendum" must be signed before a resident is allowed to have a pet in their unit.
   - Cat or Dog must be spayed or neutered.
   - All birds in the same cage is $240.
   - All fish in a single aquarium is $160.
   - The resident is to provide all current vaccination and
     medical records at the time of the annual
     re-certification.
   - Upon move-out, pet deposits may be applied to
     charges related to cleaning or damage directly
     attributable to the pet.
   - Service animals are exempt from this policy.
