- Cat or Dog must be spayed or neutered.- All birds in the same cage is $240.- All fish in a single aquarium is $160.- The resident is to provide all current vaccination andmedical records at the time of the annualre-certification.- Upon move-out, pet deposits may be applied tocharges related to cleaning or damage directlyattributable to the pet.- Service animals are exempt from this policy.
